All purchases in the HackMotion store have a 30-day return policy, including upgrades. The return period begins once you receive the product.
Once you start the return process, you will receive a return slip and further instructions. HackMotion covers the return costs, and you will receive a full refund for your initial purchase once we receive the product back.
In various situations, we can extend the return period, for example if the purchase was a gift or you encountered technical difficulties and did not have a chance to test HackMotion. Please contact HackMotion support for more information.

If you have purchased HackMotion Plus or Pro and decide you don't need the advanced features, please reach out to our support team within 30 days from receiving the product. We will provide a partial refund and adjust your license.
We will issue the refund to the payment method used in purchase within 3 days of receiving the returned package.
