By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
4.1 Shipping Address and Notifications
During the checkout process, we will ask you to fill out the address you wish your products to be shipped to. When a purchase is made, you will be notified via email the details of your purchase including your specified Shipping Address. Changes to these shipping details can be made by email before an item is shipped. Another email will be sent once an order has been processed and shipped.
4.2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use registered international courier companies to fulfill and ship orders placed by customers. Most orders are shipped by UPS.
4.3 Delivery Time and Order Processing
While the company strives to ship products within 5 days of an order being placed or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, it makes no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer time-to-ship (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport). The company is also not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. In the case of Pre-orders or back ordered products, the company retains the right to extend expected delivery time due to unforeseen consequences. This said, customers will always have the right to cancel any orders before such orders have been shipped.
4.4 Taxes, Import Fees and Customs
Any products that are shipped to countries outside of Latvia or the EU may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”) which may not be shown in the purchase price when an item is bought. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Products must be returned in the original packaging which includes all the items in the original sales package. After inspecting the returned package we will proceed with the refunding process. 6. PRODUCT WARRANTY
If there is an issue with manufacturing or assembly quality with any of the Products, it may be exchanged within 2 year’s time after the date of purchase.
