I picked up my HackMotion unit two weeks ago. So easy to use (Gen X guy who hates tech gadgets). I was as low as an 8 but was frustratingly trending upwards, currently at a 10.7. HackMotion got me to set my wrist at the proper position at the top, and then through to impact and release. Sounds too good to be true, but I'm now compressing my irons like I've never ever done before.

For the first time in my 82 years I feel like I am learning how to use my left wrist in the golf swing. For years instructors have told me about the importance of the left wrist in the swing but never how to use it. HackMotion gives drills on how to get the right feel and how to monitor it. I set up a driving net on my side deck, turn on the HackMotion and swing away. Occasionally I go to the range to check how the feel translates into ball flight. I just wish I had one of these years ago. Another great feature is that the company is always updating based on feedback.
