After the purchase, we will confirm your existing HackMotion user ID and send out the new sensor.

Get the new sensor

The sensor will arrive ready within the standard shipping time. We will send you instructions on returning the old sensor.

How do I qualify for a trade-in?
If you have any of the previous generation sensors you are eligible for the trade-in offer.
What happens to my old sensor once I buy the new one?
We will send instructions on sending the old sensor to our office. Upon receiving the new one, you can activate it and start using it. At the moment of activation, your old sensor will stop working.
Will the trade in work with my current HackMotion tier?
Yes. All HackMotion feature tiers use the same hardware. After receiving the new sensor you will have access to the same feature set (Core/Plus/Pro) of your original purchase.
What is the difference between HackMotion Core, Plus, and Pro?
The core feature set is for working on your:

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher feature set. The software can be upgraded, and it is worth noting that all feature sets utilize the same hardware.

HackMotion sensors support iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android.
Does the HackMotion sensor work for left-handed golfers?
Yes, HackMotion works for both right-handed and left-handed golfers. When starting a new session, you can easily choose between the two modes.
Do you offer sample tour player data?
The HackMotion Core and Plus feature sets include suggested wrist angle ranges that are based on data from PGA Tour Pros. The HackMotion Pro feature set allows you to explore multiple PGA Tour player swings and release patterns, comparing them to your own.
Is there a monthly/annual subscription fee?
There are no additional monthly or annual fees. All costs are included in the initial price of the device.
Will I get access to future software updates?
Yes, the initial payment also includes lifetime access to software updates.
Does HackMotion come with a warranty?
Yes, HackMotion Sensor has a 2-year warranty.
Do you have free international shipping?
Yes, we have free international shipping with DHL, UPS, and FedEx. All countries are included, even countries in Asia and Australia.
Do I have to pay any additional customs and taxes?
In some countries, there may be additional customs and import tax fees specific to that country. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering these additional costs.
How long does shipping take?
