Request Refund Click the Request Refund link and fill out the form to start the refund. You will need to input the email used for purchase + the order id. Please check your order confirmation email for the order id.

From the time of receiving your HackMotion device, we ensure a 60 day window where you can try it out and return it for a refund. Starting from December 2nd, 2024 we are running a campaign to extend the return window to 60 days. If you made a purchase before the 2nd of December, you are only eligable for a 30 day return window

To be eligible for a refund you need to request it within 60 days of your purchase if your purchase was made after December 2nd, 2024. You can check the date of your purchase in the order confirmation email.
